“In our interview survey, we asked healthcare workers and caregivers about their attitudes towards COVID-19 vaccinations. We found out what motivates them to choose a vaccine, and what factors could be hindering this decision. Through this research project, we are able give employers valuable information on how they can best support employees in decision-making processes regarding vaccinations.” explains co-author Mag.
